Stephenson Cancer Center to Host a World Cancer Day Celebration and Education Event

The Stephenson Cancer Center at OU Medicine is hosting a World Cancer Day celebration and education event on Monday, Feb. 4 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event will be held on the first floor of the Stephenson Cancer Center, 800 NE 10th Street.

Guests will have the opportunity to visit with OU Medicine cancer experts on topics such as survivorship and to learn about the latest cutting-edge cancer therapies available at OU Medicine.

This event provides a platform to show support, share stories and advocate for progress in the fight against cancer. World Cancer Day is celebrated annually on Feb. 4 and is an initiative of the Union for International Cancer Control, the largest and oldest international cancer organization.

 All are welcome to attend – including patients, survivors, and caregivers. Light refreshments and entertainment will be provided.
