Biorad QX100 Droplet Digital PCR

This system provides an absolute quantification of target DNA molecules, thus it is useful to detect rare DNA target copies and measure small fold differences with high precision. The Qx100 system consists of two components: the QX100 droplet generator and reader. Also a Bio-Rad thermal cycler, with 96-deep well reaction module is needed to complete the droplet digital PCR workflow.

Operating Procedures

Individual user designs and runs their protocol. However, new protocols designed on this system are done with core personnel. All reagents and plastic wares are to be provided by the user.
