Breast Cancer

Breast Cancer

As with most types of cancer, symptoms of breast cancer often go undiagnosed until advanced stages. Regular screenings and breast self-exams help detect breast cancer early, which can greatly improve your options for treatment and recovery.

Use your monthly self-exam to watch for warning signs of breast cancer such as a lump, swelling or discoloration in one or both breasts, increased breast size, nipple discharge or change in appearance.

Comprehensive Breast Cancer Care Close to Home

If you or a loved one find any breast cancer warning signs, get a screening mammogram, a non-invasive advanced imaging procedure available through the extensive OU Health Breast Health Network in a location near you.
